Finally got around to learning shape keys, this was my second attempt. Trying out different methods to control the eyes to see which is best. Also, I had to remake the face model.

My first animation attempt. It's got a lot wrong with it, and I spent about 12ish hours on it, but I learned a lot!

I think I need to use a smaller color count while I learn to animate, at first, so there's less to focus on.
