This is an element I really like in Lee and Kirby's Fantastic Four. It's often quick, and maybe a bit corny, but very sincere. They really want you to see these heroes as people with baggage like anyone else, and it works

Day 31: Blopper
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land Extra Game replacing Cappy, it's a blob that initially disguises itself as a cupcake. Extra Game enemies normally re-appeared in Kirby Super Star Ultra, but Cappy's were replaced with Poison Mash in this game instead of Blopper.

Day 29: Maiga
An enemy from Kirby: Squeak Squad. It's a small green slime that sticks to Kirby's face when he attempts to inhale it. It's a pretty common enemy in the game appearing in all worlds of the game at some point. It also appeared as a Keychain in Kirby: Triple Deluxe.

Day 28: Dizzy
An enemy from Kirby's Dream Land, they're exclusively found in Bubbly Clouds tumbling through the air. They're replaced by an enemy called Benny in Extra Game and never appeared in the series after Dream Land.

For people who want to know what's being referred to, here's the item in Twilight Princess, in Kirby's Air Ride, in Brawl, and in Mulan. You the the judge:

Day 25: Keeby
The second player character in Kirby's Dream Course. He's identical to Kirby in every way except color, being yellow with orange shoes a color originally proposed by Shigeru Miyamoto for Kirby. He's not to be confused with Yellow Kirby, which is a separate character

Day 22: Booler
An enemy that appeared in early Kirby Games like Kirby's Dream Land, Pinball Land (known as Bumpin' Boo here), Block Ball and Tilt n' Tumble.
In Pinball Land's Super Gameboy Palette and the instruction manual for Block Ball they appear with a lavender color scheme.

Day 21: Gemra
An enemy from Kirby's Return to Dream Land, it attacks similarly to Waddle Doo unleashing a beam whip from it's crystal ball. Different from Waddle Doos however is their ability to float in place. It is first encountered in White Wafers.
