I'm slowly trying to push myself and so far I'm doing okay. It was fun to doodle, and try out new brushes. ProducePandas makes me happy so it was nice to practice. They always cheer me up and I had a good time today doodling.

I’ve realised that the things we draw from “imagination” gains a lot of its influence/raw materials from real life.

And that's what you are seeing these days. “Cartooning people from Life” is the theme of this month's practice.

Learning to appreciate softer edges over straight up blending, though I still need more practice. Have to stop overcommitting since the point is not to create a full-blown illustration. That said, just a few deets left before finishing the full body. Time-lapsed after

@EchoN30NL1GHT helped me redesign my OC Andi, and took the effort to draw her in two outfit sets and in two styles for practice.

So, after some months barely drawing I'm out of practice. I'm also using a completely new pc, with a new tablet and a "new" shitty monitor with poor colours and low contrast, so... yeah, It will take some time for me to get comfortable with drawing again.

But I'm back.
