After those scenes in Thoma’s demo, I had to give him an Arcanine- it’s a dog-like Pokémon whose type matches his Vision.

Aegislash is said to have attended to kings for generations similar to Thoma and House Kamisato

Agree, and it honestly reminds me of Disney back in the Renaissance with these movies when tried to vary to an extent in their art-style while having a few being more traditional to them.

It's refreshing and doesn't limit to the animators on their vision.
