I had no doubt when Ewing mentioned in the interview that Stefano Caselli’s art is perfect for this book. I’m impressed by Caselli’s skill in capturing emotions, and in establishing space. It really feels like I’m THERE.

X-Men Red is everything I wanted. Definitely the best Storm we've had, Max and Sunspot were amazing and I loved the Great Ring and the Arakko wouldbuilding.

X-Men: Red is such an incredible 1st issue, it adds further depth to Arakkii culture, has great character work, balances the story between characters so well, is filled with ewing’s nods to continuity, and has a really stunning final page that is THE moment.
