I finished this just in time, my best piece to date. It shows every aspect I have practiced and improved: painting sky, shading, proper use of layers and a decent degree of ref anatomy. Next year I want to study more anatomy/landscape for a better grasp and also watercolors!😊

Can we talk about these shots in the teaser for a second? The lighting is done beautifully, the director really played with the rule of thirds to make sure the focal point is there even with a wide shot: and the ultra-wide aspect ratio makes it even more artistic. I’m so in love
