Easier to tell when you zoom in. I will admit to spending a bit more time than I should in clean up but that is indeed the sketch layer. Lines would take me much longer to finish.

There is Super Sprint, and there is Championship Sprint. What are the differences? Just the title screen and a few of the tracks. I think the Super Sprint tracks (pic are easier to drive. The Championship Sprint tracks (pic end up just a little too cramped and winding. 🤔
