Both fourth eldest of the Sol Bun Galactic Defenders, they are twins!
Uranus controls winds, while Neptune controls sea.
Uranus is rather air headed and Neptune is bubbly! Both are peppy and positive.

Can control the rings around his ears, use them to slice or wrap them around people.
He's rather pompous and kinda full of himself.

Second youngest member of the Sol Bun Galactic Defenders, also the last to join.
Hasn't discovered his ability yet, but has an amulet that allows him to use the other members abilities.
He's rather timid, but he tries he's best.

This leads me to wonder if some giant prehistoric mammals could/did do this too. Especially ones without any obvious weapons. Imagine a Macrauchenia, Toxodon, or a Paraceratherium doing this (art by Mark Witton).

For some reason I find it kinda funny that my favourite Neptunia antagonists are characters I'd more say are anti villains rather than proper full on villains.
Brave holds by honour while Anonydeath and The Affimax Duo just work for whoever gives them the best offer.
