I'd love to see a sequel to Life Story of The Flash! Barry/Iris and the rest of the Flash Family have gone through so much since that book was released. Issue 762 sort of hinted Iris wrote a sequel (though perhaps it wasn't a reference to Life Story of The Flash)

I don't use Unity terrain, I just use primitive planes to block out my ground. I personally find it more manageable and lightweight, but it does mean I have to do scattering myself. I wrote a little script that scatters prefabs alongside a plane, avoiding collision.
