I know that big changes like Vfx can’t be made but base skin Vfx are so much more impactful.

Skin wise. I would love more obsidian colors. I would just say darken the blues. In art terms it needs more contrast. Everything blends together color wise compared to base.

Shading finished on one guy! I used a greyscale of his color palette to make sure I toned the shadows correctly. second is the orig colors. Next step is the overlay layer to give life to the shading!
