This poor girl cosplaying as Miku won an impromptu cosplay comp and was told to come up on stage to show off her outfit. She's such a Miku fan that she was holding back her pee so she didn't miss out on a second of the show and was so desperate that she ended up wetting herself.

R.O.D OVA (2001)
A pretty good OVA. It was nice seeing Yomiko being the main character. Some of the characters also appeared in the TV series as well so it was quite a treat. My only gripe is that it only had three episodes.
