Another way to play with focus without using a blur filter is the way Canete does with linework here. He fades/tapers off the details & lines into nothingness.
It serves to both push the reader’s focus into one area while including a distinct light source blowing out details.

@autisticraiden No it was never a s3 storyboard; it was a doodle made by Ashe Jacobson, not Minbitt, way before s3 aired. I took the *poses* that Ashe scribbled and then drew and rendered my own version that looks entirely different. So yes, it is my art.. 🫥
