The Wukong update had 3 bugs that we hotfixed a few hours ago:
1) Q wasn't dealing bonus damage to towers
2) W clone attacks did less damage than intended to champions and towers
3)Passive Armor and Regen was lower than intended at 0 stacks.
Looks like I own a Kobold now! Her names Taaail and shes a thick short stack gal~
