idk if this is a genuine question or like a helpful reply even but I recorded a painting recently where I used this technique! the big thing for me is focusing on making clean shapes while rendering and just *trusting the process,* with all the sloppy shading I laid down first

I do different techniques for different eye styles but this one is probably the most sparkly. I used a lot of screened layers and glow dodge on the bottom. The trick is to create high contrast between colors.
