See, I used to think it was weird at first too. But now I feel like the Mach 5 feels a bit naked without some color on the bottom half.

Plus, I think it's cool that Speed's outfit has the exact same color pallet as his car. Half blue, half white, with red and yellow highlights.

You can't talk about VF without mentioning that it is made entirely in MS Paint. That fact that it looks this good despite this is interesting, but what's more important is why this authors decided to make the comic this way, Because it really highlights the artistic drive of VF.
