Back with an update in grayscale! Looked pirmarly into fleshing out certain areas. As for the color direction, I do think I'll go with the color scheme I've shown last time, but try a different method to colorize it.

I was a little more productive this year, I started to experiment more, I went out of my comfort zone and I even strengthened my method! I hope that 2020 will be even better. The variety of styles reflects what I felt this year.

Today I discovered the "Linear Burn" layer filter. When you apply a light source and/or weak shadows they turn out very correctly. Creating a groundwork with this method is fast and easy.
But it only works in well lightened areas & you can't draw the entire art with this anyways.
