Honestly difficult to redesign him because he is already perfect. The only thing I could think of was adding some stars to the cloak, some music notes in reference to your music (although I could've drawn them better). And tried to add a moon-like shape to the end of the tail

Instead of him being a TV head/robot he's just gonna be a half human half robot and just wear his tv to protect he's head and a police officer

He was a normal human before the disaster happen.
