I’ve learned a lot of techniques this year, and I’m a free man now that I don’t bother with sketching.
#Artof2019 2018 sucked ass for me so there was really nowhere to go but up, but I think I've improved a lot this year! most of my work in school was super rushed and sloppy because I was massively depressed/anxious and now I have time to breathe & play with techniques more.
ive expanded my art to more complex things this year, including backgrounds and shading techniques. i thought i'd be disappointed in myself, but im not. i worked hard this year to create better work, not just more stuff. #Artof2019

Much of this year was about commissions but I completed some personal work I'm very proud of! My lineart and colouring methods have both changed, and I feel like I learned a lot of techniques to allow me to be faster and more confident in my future work 🔥
