This here is Aguella the final evolution of the Mouraina line! It has mellowed out considerably from its youth and is very sweet to young pokemon. It can be dangerous if one tries to attack a pokemon or trainer it cares for but will usually calm folks down.

There was sometimes a token "kid in a wheelchair" in some childrens' cartoons or shows, but they usually felt patronizing. Oracle was cool and sexy, like "oh, you can still be those things even if you're in a wheelchair". That's important.

2. Neo always enjoys a good hearty meal compared to the other 3 members of his team that have more specific tastes. Enchiladas, Meatloaf, or whatever dishes that can give him a filled stomach (Ofc, he has his dislikes in some foods). There's also his usual favorite, Spaghetti.
