I usually tend to wear black clothes, but ac did something to me and i pick only the brightest colors for my character and mash them all together.

I'd say artists who draw regularly tend to get the hang of their art around 3-5 years. I'm not talking about being experts, but just knowing how to draw well in their own way.

They still grow and become better over the years. Look for redraws and you can see what I mean.
