91年サンソフトから発売された『バトルフォーミュラ』ファミコン後期に発売されたタイトルとしてこちらもグラフィック、音楽はクオリティが高い。
近年プレミアがついており、箱説ありの美品であれば10万近い値が付く程。
海外版では『SPYHUNTER』というタイトルで存在するが内容が若干違っている。
91年海外版NESで発売の『バトルトード』
日本版はメサイヤが移植。
ファミコンではグラフィック、音楽共にクオリティは高い。
ちなみに、このゲームは二人同時プレイで味方も攻撃出来てしまう。
協力プレイで始めた筈なのに気づけば対戦になってた事もちらほら…笑
