The Gobots Renegade character Crasher became a G1 continuity family Decepticon in two comic series & appeared in a crossover as well, starting with issue Megatron Origin 2 out of 3 times she had a gladiator career! She's also a Decepticon or Gobot in other transformer series.

The color palette is an issue, but I think the lack of any chest rig or supplemental armor really makes it look gross. It's unfortunate because the look of the heavy infantry really grew on me. (I'd just make the goggles a polarized orange)
