Shearwigs will regenerate their health when they fly, but if you can lure it to fly over water it’ll die very quickly.

I’ve always interpreted this as the Shearwig pushing itself to the point of death, since it can’t land or breath underwater.

Is there value in the fuzzy way Haki is explained in One Piece? Oda isn't always precise when explaining Haki, leading to many interpretations. I definitely prefer a more rigid understanding, but I still think there is value in the vagueness, resembling real life unclarity.

Among all parallels between Chrollo and Kurapika, this scene is one of my favorite.
Melody says that she doesn't want to hear neither Kurapika's nor Chrollo's melody (heartbeat).
My interpretation is that they are similar in the way they are both ready to die.
