The NYC arts scene needs some refreshing. Replace the black cube in Astor Pl with a statue of Hank Hill holding Slappy Squirrel.

Her limbs are moslty hard light. She decided to replace her normal ones for these enhancments.
Usually they keep their shape but can stretch and deform a bit. Pretty usefull in combat and exploration.
