I've always loved characters with a decayed/raggedy appearance, and Scarecrow might be my favorite character with that kind of aesthetic. On top of several fantastic designs, it's just a great concept for a villain, a psychologist who uses fear as his weapon.

An incredibly rare power that taps into the realm known as Voidspace, Saruza uses the energy from there and projects it however she wants. Due to an incident involving Mag, her face was ruined beyond repair. She uses her power to hide it.
