So I have a confession to make. The comfort food I often make myself is a pseudo-ox tail noodle soup.
However I have been trying to make it healthier.
Vegetable broth, baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, and vegetable pasta.
Now it is a sickly green color... and effing delicious!!
