Before I go to bed, I figured some of you might want to see examples of some of the AI's generated outputs, rather than it trying to recreate PFPs. These tend to turn out MUCH better than the PFP conversions. The AI tends to favor round characters with simple colors though.

That and Tapper are two early C64 conversions that, to me, are still more fun to play than the real arcade game.
(IIRC, the instructions for Spy Hunter even mentioned how to wire up a button to the other joystick port for secondary weapons.)

I'm a teeny bit disappointed that the monsters appear to be quick-and-dirty monochrome conversions of the C64 sprites. I little bit of work to smooth the 2x wide pixels would have been nice. But hey, they've done a good job overall, so I can't complain too much. 😁

Progress on HK21 conversion kit

3D printed parts are very poor at taking stress parallell to their layer lines. So I designed the fake outter barrel to double as a mounting bracket. The steel bolts will take most of the force while the compression will keep the pieces in place
