This month's illustration poll is up now! Since it's the end of the year, this month's theme is this year's previous winners (and Dec 2021's), as I have a lot of WIPs for each of these and would love to revisit them.

Revisiting this. I turned its guts into tentacular appendages and swapped the wings out. I think these are bit jarring though. Will probably mix this with the older version. It's supposed to look warped/mutated. I think it probably has too much symmetry.

I decided to revisit Majin Tantei Neuro. Watching it now its clear why the anime failed, very basic mysteries and poor utilization of its supernatural elements. Apparently, the anime is VERY different from the manga. The author went on to make Assassination Classroom.

Show me your favourite retro T-rex image! And I mean upright/dragging tail (or at least inspired by) old.

Bad quality image of Sir Theodorus which I did years ago, might need to revisit someday. Still kinda like it, that perspective though

I delivered on January the final files, it was great to revisit personal stuff, this made me look into Indie comics, having passion to draw again for myself.

'nother project I'll be revisiting next year is my Crystal Cardians comic. was a big source of the burnout I experienced last year, but definitely want to take another crack at it in 2023 with a bit more patience and perspective

(Not sure where i have posted this previously so using Postybirb it ends up everwhere!)

I've been revisiting Jeff Smith's again, this time with my 11-yr old son, and he absolutely fell over laughing at this and then lost it again at the gag with the apple pie. Such a great series. Can't wait to get to the cow race.

Mox, Blitz, and Stolas are my faves from Helluva. Charlie, Angel, and Husk are my fave Hazin trio but I don't know if I have screen caps for Hazbin 😅 I may have to revisit my folders to check. I have multiple fave scenes from both though.
