@WerewolfVincent For animated character, more specifically called puppet rig
So it's easy for animated, not need long time or draw frame by frame but it's a bit stiff for animated style. This more used for Documentary or simple animated. Maybe for lazy animator like me X3
Example
I really don’t know how to draw horses so she looks kinda stiff

Some sketches practice !
trying to go for more natural fluid curvy lines.
Top left is kinda stiff thow
pikl prolly said sumn like "girl ur shoulders are too damn stiff and my feet hurt every stream, wear this"

@AmaraJLynn @LGBTQWriMo Started my first draft of book 2 over, which is for the best because it was really stiff. Haven't caught up to the point I was at the first time, but wrote almost 10,000 words over the week by writing a little every night! Introduced my new mc/secondary mc, and drew one of them!
So I finally got my crochet from the mail last night, did some practice and I notice how stiff my hands are.
I really enjoy this, time to do the basics and get used to it.
Iron Angel of the Apocalypse/Tetsujin - 3DO
Gameplay's not great (the controls are stiff compared to Wolf3D) but the isolated atmosphere, dark plot, and surreal presentation really elevate this game for me.
I can't even imagine how this would have felt to experience back in 1994

@itsginnydi @MageHandPress I love my Gnome Wizard! Her name is Hazelwick Nettlebink and she rides a Tibetan Mastiff named Fizzwidget. I mean, come one, the gnome names alone. Pure joy and whimsy.
Redraw time!!
The original looks like unseasoned chicken, I've definitely improved in the color department lmao.
also the posing is much less stiff

@emoshislive @SaiyanScholarGT @sethmptp Would have preferred this as a alternative honestly.
It's not THAT bad, the models are stiff, obviously their legs and stuff would be spread out more, and cover more space.
I like how it almost looks like a Arceus fusion.
They went for the Greek inspirations like Minataurs
Marc dying in the 1980 comics is so fucking funny because first he says he was as dead as a :statue: in front of a grieving Marlene, proceeds to sprout facts about the guy like he’s possessed grabs a cloak and runs out meanwhile Marlene just wants a stiff drink and painkillers
@BajaGryphon Heyo! I’m Britt :3
I really enjoy that my art is starting to have a defined style - like you can tell it’s my art, and I’m having fun with that :)
Also I like that my art is looking more fluid instead of stiff. I think doing a LOT of pen sketching has helped that.
Leo Alexander - Tibetan Mastiff
(I feel like a big running gag would be Leo getting associate with lion stuff despite being nothing like a lion (at least so he'd say), so this would just be lowkey ironic to pair him up with)
(He might have cat energy too but idk which one)
It's just miles easier to start with a big chonky brush size - giving you the most important information in that phase: silhouette & proportions. It sets you up to build upon with the next passes. These small steps help you stop and check for issues in stiffness & negative space.
