One of my favorite design tropes, shadow over the face and dots for eyes. What are y’all’s?

Let's make a test, for the funnies:

Make a trope that use something out of each one of this shows:

Old tropes in manga were that they got burn to a crisp

A couple more ideas for a more badass Princess Peach, while trying to avoid certain tropes.

The frequency with which female characters in superhero comics confront sexual violence risks making such confrontations a trope—a cliché that’s so expected it becomes invisible. “Alias” makes us notice the trope by deconstructing it. 1/14 CW: sexual abuse.

found this old drawing from when i first made the observation that zoetrope can physically fit inside every one of his teammates except jaren. incidentally i think this is one of the only times i've drawn jaren smiling.

Since I'm a fanatic of this trope and I love to keep promoting my favourites, I have to mention 'On or Off' and 'XXX Buddy' 🥰

Love Flops

It's interesting to see an anime with heavy Muv-Luv inspiration tbh.
The plot and character arcs are the main thing but the trope additions kill me lmao https://t.co/YIQKjVkG0L

I also like the trope of character owning their own hand puppets.

The element of surprise is my favorite trope in anything i create for starters. Then i start thinking what would be the developpement that would make more sense depending on the oc's background. Most of the time i shape the bg to fit the oc, and THEN the development to fit the bg

realizing that by technicality i fit the "mexican boy character wearing a red hoodie" trope

Soul Hackers 2 has one of my favorite tropes in gaming.

1 hour in, and only about 15-20 minutes of such is actual gameplay. I swear I almost fell asleep during the flurry of cutscenes and dialogue trying to stay invested. I’ll give it more time, but not a great first impression.
