Crying Ohkubo really went 2/2. Peak fiction as always, Mifune vs Black Star was something else, Baba Yaga castle was prob my favourite arc. Only "Issue" i have with it, is that I wish I saw more of Maka because the story focused on black star and Kidd imo

Alright, it took awhile, but I really do love this chapter. It’s impressive the amount of subtle nods to the original series it weaves into an exciting climax for the first arc. The series as a whole is clearly structured so that each complete volume is a complete story chunk.

Glad to go a little in depth into Ikada and his connection to the Funato Clan.

I admit I’ve liked Ikada’s character since his debut in the anime. Hopefully his story receives justice and he remains a friend of Boruto after this arc.

20. August's arc was supposed to be primarily a healing story but I brought him into TA before I really knew what the plot was (my b) and it obliterated his arc. I would have brought him in later but I just have to find a way around it.

Renne is undoubtedly a highlight of the Liberl arc. Tons of intrigue with her in SC, plus she makes a big impact on 3rd as well. After her door, all I wanted was to see her happy with Estelle 🥺

Her role in Zero is awesome, and it was tons of fun to see her happy in CS as well.

I can't imagine how Orihime felt during the lust arc. She blamed herself for Ichigo's death cuz she's blinded by her faith in him. She also blamed herself for making Ichigo turned to a monster.

& i must say people who hate her during the lust arc are not humans, they're demons.

So i just found out the spread in ch 34 might be a foreshadowing to how the quincy will appeared; SHADOWS.

Kubo draws Ichigo & Uryu together, but the strange part is, he draws Uryu as if he's a shadow of Ichigo. And then... this "shadow" is confirmed in TYBW arc. 🤯💥

Sword Art Online - I was pretty somewhat into this until the end of the first arc. I don’t think it holds up but it does represent a very interesting time when VR still hadn’t caught on and the upwards trend of Isekai was still young.
