Is there such a thing as an "artist's artist" or is it just poor marketing? There are quite a few very talented and highly regarded artists whose work is known to ADs yet who still struggle to land projects. (thx to for examples)

Anyway here's the """"art""""(?) (I guess) that I drew, it is of a character of mine drawn as a victorian-era modest woman.

I had to do research on hairstyles from that era and said "like a true artist" that's when I started the whole "but I'm not an artist" thing.
