some more. first 4 were when I still used paint tool sai, these 4 were the point I started using clip studio paint! (I even attempted painting with this zacian and zamazenta back then with 0 knowledge and poor brushes, I despise this piece lol)

I tried a couple of new brushes, I think it was not bad!

A revisiting of the "the sun gives Niko lightning powers" idea

Messed around with some city brushes, as well as some forced perspective

Overall I'm really happy with how this one turned out

Something else I wanted to do was to understand Adam's approach to pixel art clusters: I noticed that there were a lot of tetromino clusters used for foliage, which I all turned into brushes, and that the square eraser brush was used for rocks. A bit of linework was seen, too.

Might look for custom brushes, but this is so far pretty cool. Still messing around with the brushes.

I MIGHTVE FOUND A NICE WAY TO USE MY WATERCOLOUR BRUSHES,,, they're so fun to play around with the normal pen brushes

I used this set! I think I petty much used just the soft line sketch and outline wet brushes, and they work SO WELL

drawwolfface was fun, so I couldn't pass up on drawing something for 🐲
This took me 2hrs to do. I'm still trying to get used to brushes, and this meme was a nice way to start practicing!

me not into comics: anyway here's my 3rd drawing in a row of some comic shit.

probably cause I default draw what I like and have trouble thinking outside of the box to be REALLY honest.

also was just testing more brushes, this is an oil pastel marker

Okay, well, sadly the ones that were free are kind of kaput, but I use these and they're honestly VERY good. I made a piece with the watercolour brushes, I'm leaving it as an example so you can decide if it's worth your cash

Still getting used to messing around with different SAI brushes, but it was good practice! Heaven knows I"ve been too stiff with my art lately. I'm open to any suggestions on how to possibly improve my stuff! https://t.co/sAkvkvupsR
