I think 'Blender Smear' is becoming one of my favourite brushes. I used it to create the hair texture in the last pic and shape/soften the wings for the butterflies.

it depends on the drawing. if i dont want any extra detail then just one. but if i do want to add detail ill use like air brushes. this drawing is a good example, i used my normal brush, air brush, speckle? brush, and a chain and leaf pattern brush

I told you on a zoom call we did last fall that I couldn't draw digitally, then I got procreate. I was wrong about that! Skill Share classes helped me the most. You can make your own brushes.
