Sea Scarab - human arms changed to crab arms.

Shrieking Spinner - consistent with all the -alt Elise and spider cards, the male character is just gone. We've never received an answer as to why this is the case. He's replaced w/ an extra spider.

Significantly the blood/misplaced love splashes on a cutout of a woman whose head has been replaced. Next to it is a photo of a beautiful woman holding a syringe. Her ideal self? Notice that not a single drop of blood/love gets on the protagonist.
