I had an old drawing that I am pretty sure i deleted because I thought the character looked too young. i redrew it, and I also painted it out a bit. I like how it turned out, sort of a middle ground between what I normally do and the painty stuff i have been trying.

1964 was a year of tumult, such as her father-in-law dying. Though her middle child gets married in New York, so she’s off to the States to see some people, and to attempt to record an album. But she hates having to age herself in the studio, so she stops the project.
