Clone 9 was created to be a clone of the original 9, but something went wrong during the cloning process and Clone 9 ended up being slightly different. While the original 9 was outgoing and loved to socialize, Clone 9 was shy and preferred to stay alone.

I know this sounds kind of crazy but I compared the Scythe design in the files to the top part of Ruby‘s Scythe in RWBY and it actually looks pretty similar. The design in the files has slightly sharper edges but the design is really close.
