In its 1000+ chapters, OP is constantly giving bits of worldbuilding. Every chapter or two delivers at least a tiny something that lets you know more about the world. Take your time.

So, given what I highlighted in this thread, without having to mention all the character's feats or belittle other kunoichis, I believe it's clear why Sakura became the strongest kunoichi in the work.
