It was relaxing to make hairstyles for the NPCs. I didn't put too much pressure on myself and just enjoyed the process of looking at references and trying it out on my own. 💖

and i think wow bigger tablet ---> gives you more space to draw hence finer details? cleaner setting also the higher pressure sensitivity
this is my opinion tho!! might be diff for everyone else

Simple sprites based off the recent concept pieces. Definitely a warm-up as I'm toying around with Aseprite's latest pen pressure feature!
Fay came out better in my opinion, however, both pieces here does show some sort of improvement.

Carefree, jovial, literally magical, a bit innocent and always ready to help. Not only that, I think she had the most chilling backstory and certainly puts a lot of pressure on the poor girl.

Working on this RCS effect. This is meant to be your bog-standard thruster, probably hypergolic and pressure-fed, except roughly F-1 sized cause it's a big ship. It reacts slower than real thrusters just because of its scale, but it's still pretty fast.

I'm still adjusting my brushes to the pen pressure response and some tweaks with the tilt but I think, for the brushes I used in this, they are getting even better than before. Especially the shader one.
