My first digital art and now lol. It’s really been a long while…
My year to year improvement is practically negligible though haha

2016 -> 2018 -> 2020 -> 2022

And this is just my digital art, it goes much further back. Still much more to go, but we're getting there! Here's to more improvement over the years🥂

It honestly makes me so happy seeing these drawings again after so many years, I’m glad that I even can look at these to see just how much I’ve improved over the years (2017-2022)

I don't think I have any natural talent for art, no aptness for observation and understanding. I learn much slower than my peers and take more time to grasp things that should be basic. I've had to claw every bit of improvement out of myself.

2020 - 2022
Didn't want to join because I still feel like I have so many things to improve, but here's a 2 years difference.

No greater feeling than seeing how much you’ve improved through actual hard work

Yes, the database IS stealing but for me to create a new refrence image to help my art, not claiming it as mine is not theft on my part
I generated this sunflower image to improve my texturing. i made many edits and tweaks to it to make it fit my style.
Would you call me a thief?

10 years. I know it's not as impressive as the other people who Improve like a god. But I am not done yet.

I'm still working on my masterpiece"

I'm still learning, especially in digital art. But looking back, I guess I really have improved, even if it's small growth ;v;

It took me a long time to hone my skill to where I am today. Years of dedication and hard work. Art is a skill you must hone. And I will strive to continue improving. I'm nowhere near done with my growth!

Have been doing a bit of self reflection on my art today, I wondered if I actually improved or it just evolved into something different, but would like to maintain a good practice on the proportions so that I do not lose track and go overboard.
