Purely printmaking for this one as a completely handcrafted contrast to my digitally created collage yesterday....linocut with monoprint of lovely lapwings always a joy to watch, I see them mostly around the Hayle estuary in cornwall .

oh yes! a couple times, but yeah its very difficult to get the right colours i used that tech with these three and probs a few more, but as you can see theyre very dark and contrasty

It was a common complaint from Paula that my early Bees seemed to stretch & stretch, until Paula begged me to restore her to her original football shape. You can see the contrast between these bees.

6.) I chose to add two kid characters to the series, one who was sceptical of witchcraft and one who was so excited at the thought of witchcraft that they questioned nothing. Cyril was more arrogant at first, but became meeker and humbler to contrast better with Penny's persona.
