My favorite unit in the game. Soldiers are a light armored class and were usually early game mooks, but in Tellius games they were lance specialists. Aside from showing leg, she seems decently equipped, and she carries a big enough shield.

To me, Tellius Fire Emblem armors were peak design. Titania still looks fantastic and "practical" for a cavalry unit, sans lacking head gear. Other classes were more showy, but they all fit for a medieval fantasy game.

I don’t have lots of tips but inspo from other animals patterns!
For ex, in my design for Beetle, I made his back look like that of a click beetle shell pattern.
Chars w animal related names are fair game. What I may do for my Dovewing later is give her a turtle dove neck marking

Got the 4th gym badge today thanks to emotional damage and fire blasting the water type gym. Thank you for the raid, and he is now a cat-buizel in my game. evolved as well! Speedrunner being a fast birb really fits.
