Anyone else ever notice how this style of official Mario art and the Adventure era official Sonic art are kinda similar? They're not EXACTLY the same, sure, but they feel like two sides of a coin. Same base, but Mario's is clean and crisp while Sonic's is looser and more fluid.

oh and this is something i've always noticed but i think it's interesting how most artists like to draw reimu's sleeves fastened at the top or a little further down but zun's always drawn them completely loose, with the top of the sleeve being open just as wide as the bottom
