HERE SHE IS! Her name is Bellé, she is extremely friendly and kind but she likes punk/rock/funky music and rebellious things! She really loves motorcycles and is embarrassed by the jingle noise she makes whenever she walks or moves her head.
Another Quick Fix for fun, Saisyu's 98 re-appearance was cool but Snk thought they were smart when they used his kof 95 sprites to fill in the gaps with a few of his moves lol
I also added a few frames in there for extra smoothness

In battle, players can control all three of the sync pairs on their team. Players will need to ration their move gauge, which refills over time, to deploy the best moves at the most opportune times.
