Anyone know how to do this coarse style blend in photoshop? blend tool just sorta makes it blurry, I’m trying to pull off effect of having old paint in your brush & dragging it anyway vs pure color samples. I know some rare brush presets do this but don’t know the name/setting

I think this is my best art recently, I'm proud of the shading especially as I typically struggle w/ it. I use a wacom intuos/paint tool sai but I'd love to try out CSP because it has so many features that would let me be more creative especially with animation! Thank you Lacey!
