With Umineko which may be more popular with western people than eastern. I think it may be due to a lot of diehard 07th fans being westerners. I notice a lot of easterners like 07th expansion due to Higurashi. But they never really get deep into his stuff.

I notice that Higurashi is more popular with eastern people while Umineko is more popular with western people. I thought this was sort of interesting. I could see how Umineko has more western influences though.
