Even the ones that go full vigilante don't wear spandex, it's more likely an outfit they can fight effectively in.

You don't really need armor when you got the Lantern ring. The ring is the armor. I mean there's a reason it's considered to be one of the most powerful weapons in DC.

Besides nobody wants to become the Iron Lantern.
