Just tried it on the AI app #dalle and this is what's come up, not quite there. I think there was too much info to add into the description but it's a nice illustration tho, done in seconds. My drawing took quite a bit longer even as just a doodle ☺🍉❤🚴♀️

From Tartaglia's beta description we learned that The Tsaritsa is (was?) named Bronya, which suggests she might be based on Bronya Zaychik from Honkai, considering how some Genshin characters are direct rip offs of Honkai ones. She also has ice based powers.
