Why do I keep starting new things without finishing anything??

Here's a piece of art I was working on a month ago. It's very rough and *very* unfinished. Drawing is fun but with my depression and anxiety I really struggle to do any of it. I don't know if I'm ever going to finish this but for a beginner's piece, it was coming along nicely.
