Actually forget about Ojiro, how about Mitsuba?
She was a background character in Chapters 6 and 7, and showed up for two panels in Chapter 27. She had no dialogue.
50 CHAPTERS LATER, she came back.
Now in Chapter 97, she is one of the most important characters in the story.

If I didn't count Ojiro's tiny appearance for a couple pages in the flashback, then his gap would be 81 chapters.
If I counted mentions, then I could say Kaato was shown only 3 chapters ago.

The pine is one of the recurring symbols in Jojolion
Its spot right on top of the shrine is very significant to the Wall Eyes.
One also seems to be in the Part 7 Jesus flashback.
I went through the manga and found every Part 8 appearance.
It's in 30 chapters, a total of 84 times.
